I am male 39 yrs having kidney stone in my right kidney of 5mm from last 4 years. I am having constipation and indigestion problem and can't eat anything heavy meals. Is this problem is due to kidney stone???

Get a fresh scan to know the status of renal calculi. Unlikely that these symptoms, you are describing, are due to kidney stones.
