Facing constipation problem for few days now. Every time trying to poop hard which leads blood flow . Is this normal? Any help!

Increase fibers and fruits in your diet. Daily exercise. Water intake ~ 3liters. Use stool softener and avoid straining at the stool. Take a sitz bath. Get physically examined. If painless then it's piles.
