Constipation and stomach pain

I have had a stomach flare, I suffer from IBS. Acid reflux and colitis. I took laxatives yesterday and it helped me go to the restroom. Today I still have the dull pain and it won't stop. I can't take anymore laxatives and will be going on vacation on Sunday. Please help. I feel terrible pain.

1.tab colospa 1 tab twice daily after food for 2 week 2.use lactifibre 3 tsp after dinner
