Constipation and pain

Pain and constipation is not letting me live freely and eat freely pain in the right side of the lower part of stomach which is going through the right legs... Plzz help

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Have a high fiber diet and drink lots of water. Exercise daily. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Tab. Laxidyl two tablets in the night before bed for 5 days.
