My baby girl is 3 months old now. And she is suffering constipation and gas problem with abdomen pain last 6days. So what can I do ?

Just give breastfeeds at regular intervals of atleast 3 hours,burp  her for 10 mins after every feed. All stomach problems arise from irregular feeds. Avoid top feed,but if not,use formula,not open milk.
