Constipation and dry skin

My 4years 9 months old girl is suffering from constipation. She has dry skin and cracked lips. Please suggest me a diet chart for her. What products can I use for her skin and lips. Presently I am using coconut oil and Nivea body lotion for her skin. But these are not worked. I also have very dry skin cracked heals. Please help us.

it can be because of hypothyroid is you mentioned that you are taking thyronorm.. get your thyroid profile done again. for baby get her thyroid function and liver function test done.. plus in toilet training age, constipation is very common problem, so just give her some laxative
