My baby 22 months old..having a problem of constipation...kidney urine reflux...and using medicine muout...septran...is this medicine have any side effect & tell me any other medicines are there to use.?

Muout is safe laxative. Septran is an dual  antibiotic. It should be given onlyif evidence of infection is there according to weight of the. Child. Alternative antibiotic can also be used depending on requirement. Dies he have any signs of infection. ? Any fever etc.?
