Started having this cycle of hemorrhoids-constipation-hemorrhoid few months ago... hemorrhoids was gone when I started consuming a lot of water, buttermilk, less spicy food , chicken etc but it's now back again after almost a year. Feeling a little discomfort around that area. Tried some yoga breathing techniques but eventually ended up with constipation/indigestion! how to treat both simultaneously? which medicine can I ask for in pharmacy? can it be cured permanently? I don't want to do surgeries n all.. pls help me out!
