Hello! Constipation is most likely due to the iron tablets being taken. You may change the type of tablet to a form which causes lesser constipation effect- iron bisglycinate- Tab Haem Up Drink plenty of water Avoid banana, whear products which slow the digestion Include fermented food into your diet- eg curd, acv -as it enriches the gut bacteria If still not improved, you may take the iron tablets on alternate days after checking with your doctor.

Make sure to have lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet, and drink plenty of water. As you will be losing water in breast milk, so increase fluid intake. Have syp duphalac 20-30 ml at night time for 3 consecutive days.
