Constipation after cerlage

Hello, My cervix cerlage was done on 7th . And I got motion on 7th morning . But till now I am not getting any pressure for motion again. I have taken syrup too to loose the motion but the result is zero. Please help what to do. Is this common. I am 14 week pregnant
