Hi Dr.. I had delivery through c section in may..  it's been more than 20 days I'm having extreme constipation and body ache.. tried home remedies and laxative but nothing working.. if I strain it leaves me in pain.. please help

Hi U can use dulcolax suppository per rectally Also have enough water and high fibre diet If nothing works , visit a hospital for enema
