I have been osteo arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis since 3 years my leg is swolled my mobility is less what should i do should i do operarion or not?

If your knee is in grade 4 i.e. last stage of arthritis definitely surgery will help u in pain relief and improving pain. In RA dont expect disease control by surgery. U have to control disease even after surgery.
