Ive been having stomach problems for about 2 years now. I have chronic constipation, severe bloating, and general discomfort. On and off I have sharp pains in my lower abdomen. Ive been different doctors that have not done anything. I had a colonoscopy that came back normal but that is the only test thats been done. I have changed by diet so I eat mainly whole foods and drink 3 liters of water a day. Doctors have only prescribed me different meds and told me to eat healthier. None of that helped
