I've been having stomach ache for 3-4 days. Many times it get unbearable. I feel pressure all the time.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. There can be a lot of causes for stomach ache. So get it checked out to know what's causing it in your case. You can try taking tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
