Hello.. This recently started to happen.. everytime i try to masturbate or have sex , a small tear ends up on the frenulum and it hurts immensely. At first i thought it would heal up. After i gave it some time and masturbated again, it ends up opening again. This is hurting me physically as well as mentally. Please help me out.
