I have been suffering from slight fever i.e 99 degree since 4 days with pain in feets and legs. I have taken paracetamol 500 mg too but it occurs again. What should i do ?

Please get tested for dengue, malaria and typhoid. Once we can rule these out, we can develop a line of treatment. Meanwhile take Tab Dolo 650mg thrice a day for body ache and fever. Avoid painkillers till reports come back
