Im in pain every day with my left shoulder aching to extreme levels where im left severly uncomfortable. It is extremley painful if my left shoulder is pressed with the slightest amount of pressue. This has been happening for around 4/5 years on and off but the past few months its has become daily and a higher frequency of pain. It is beginning to become unbarable and ive tried heat pads and massaging but nothing seems to work.
