I have been having a weird sensation for two days . I feel like I want to pee constantly throughout the day. And when I do go almost nothing comes out. And sometimes there's irritation as well. I even had a little fever yesterday. This is hampering my daily schedule quite a lot. I don't know what to do about this

It seems u are having acute UTI, for which u should  take an antibiotic like Norflox or augmentin twice daily along with alkasol syrup,drink lots of water ,and if there is pain while passing urine take tab urispas
