Constant pimple suddenly

My skin was almost pimple free , i was only having pimple before my periods and that too not all time. All of the sudden my skin has become so sensitive that even if i move out without skarf i get new pimples . Why? M drinking enough water too. Why all of the sudden my skin is pimple sensitive

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
