Constant painful canker sores

I was told I probably have a vitamin deficiency. I can't remember a time when I didn't have canker sores in my mouth and often it gets severe going down my throat making it painful to swallow. They are never healing. If one goes away I have two more somewhere else either on the side of my mouth or my lips making it painful to eat, smile etc.. what vitamin deficiencies cause this and what should I be taking to heal them?

Apthous ulcers can be extremely frustrating and painful. They are generally caused because of a cluster of reasons. Exam stress is one example. Home remedies like honey might help. There is a gel by elgedium company containing mashrmallow root extract do try that. Vitamin c tablets can also help in faster healing. Unfortunately there is no way of preventing them completely.

These are called as Apthous ulcers. The cause for this is multifactorial. Hence it also has to be approached and treated in a focused way.  The treatment and results are not instantaneous. These treatments will have to go on for  some time before you can find yourself free of these ulcers.Myuggestion to you is please meet an Oral medicine specialist and you would be taken care off
