I am having constant pain in my right leg, from upper part of hip, back and side of my thighs, calf muscles, ankle and it runs down till the toes. My toes are going numb. I find it very difficult to sit or to stand up, as it gives out a very sharp pain on my hip joint and thighs. Bending my back also gives a lot of pain. I cannot sleep on my right side. My weight is 75 Kgs and height is 176 cm.

You need physiotherapy treatment... It's back pain radiating to leg due to involved nerve you feel symptoms like numbness and paraesthesia... Physiotherapist will help you reduce your pain and will also teach you proper position to sit and stand and also while lying so that it doesn't cause pain...
