Constant pain in shoulder and neck

Since past few weeks i had pain in my left shoulder which was tolerable so i didnt feel the need for medication but now if i move my neck it hurts near collar bone and also at the back left side shoulder. Sometimes pain shoots upto my wrist. I have cervical spondolytis ,is this something related to it or different. Usual sos medications not working
