This started as a neck sprain but this is the 4th time in 2 months I an having pain in the same area. I have taken zerodol MR and applied volini spray,it usually cures in 2-3 days. But this time there is no effect. I am in great discomfort.

The issue may be coming from either your neck or shoulder. If simple painkillers are Not helping you, then see an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon who can evaluate both the issues. I have my consultations at Manipal Northside Hospital, Malleshwaram, Monday to Saturday  9AM TO 1PM
