I have tried all remedy related to above mentioned but problem stills persist. There is temporary relief when i use volini or pain killer. Kindly advice

HELLO, CONSULT A PHYSIOTHERAPIST FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY. ADVISE FBS. IT MAY BE FROZEN SHOULDER. SO  TEST IS ADVISED. TILL THAN PAIN KILLER N LOCALLY APPLY VOLINI GEL OR SPRAY. AFTER THAT PHYSIOTHERAPY BY PHYSIOTHERAPIST. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. O.K BYE.
