I have pain in anus while defecation n after that too for some time. Also around anus i have rashes which have turned into pus like pimples hurting a lot .. pain while sitting . This is going from past four days.. i tried to see looks like cut in anus sometime feel like pimple.. i am taking ciproid 500 from one day back .
