Take regular painkillers for a few days, use ice packs and keep mobile. Usually in 7-8 days time the symptoms get better. If no improvement with simple measures, then visit an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon. Dr Vinu Raj MBBS MRCS FRCS (Trauma&Orthopaedics)
