I was sitting in a hammock with my girlfriend, her foot was on the inner side of my thigh. After a long period, I felt numbness in my leg. after a moment the numbness was reduced to only the frontal skin of my leg below the knee. And now, after three days, It is still numb.

It might be due to saphenous nerve compression, it might recover in 6 weeks. Consult orthopaedic doctor
