I am having severe lower abdominal pain from 5-6 days. From past 3 years approx this pain is troubling me but from last few days it is constant. There is vaginal off white discharge during tha pain. Pelvic area is paining unbearably. Consulted gyno doctor 3-4 times. Pelvic region sonography reports and blood tests were normal except for a 9.8 haemoglobin. This pain happens especially when there is any vaginal interaction by sexual feeling say it with hand or sometimes without even touching.
