Baby is 2.10 yr old. Having fever at 102-104F for last 16 hours. Ear pain and cold. She completed antibiotic course augmentin 5 days week before.

Give just paracetamol for fever,steam inhalations 4-5 times a day,and decongestant nasal drops 3 times a day for 3 days. If not improving OR accompanied by ear discharge,consult your paediatrician asap.
