Headache can be a debilitating condition if left untreated. Poor sleep is a common precipitant of headache, as is stress. Crying due to headache is understandable. But I encourage for you to see a qualified Neuropsychiatrist who would cater to not only the physical pain but any emotional issues as well. You would be taught a series of Dos and Donots regarding bouts of headache.
Next Steps
Speak with a Neuropsychiatrist

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
