My friend has frequent headache ,we did eye test, MRI too... but the result was negative.... No pain killer is reacting Tried dolo 650, tramadol,voveran... Nothing works

Hello sir. Have you thought of migraine!? Is the headache varibale in a day time.  Does it occue with photophobia and photosensitivity.? Does it occur when hes exposed to outer enviroment in sound and dust.? Is it unilateral? How many times does it occur in a week?  I will suggest you to go for tab. Naproxen 250mg  only when you have headache. And tab.  Ciplar 10mg ones a day at dinner time continuous for 10 days. Thank you!
