Constant Headache in one side of head
I am facing the Headache in right side of my head from last 3 days. Also some pain in the neck also. What could be the reason for this? Do i need to get MRI scan or something

IF AT STARTING POINT YOU TAKE DOLO650 ONE TABLET THE INTENSITY OF PAIN DECREASES.
AFTER CONSULTING A ORTHOPEDICIAN GO FOR MRI.
