I have constant headache which increases with stress and doesn't allow me to do daily activities normally. I have anxiety and panic attacks should I be concerned?

Anxiety disorder has to be treated and will worsen without management. Headache are often seen along with panic attacks in panic disorder. Consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and proper management. All the best!
