Are you having running nose so many times? Any ways it could be because of viral infestation. Take ayurvedic medicine tab.histantin 2 tabs thrice daily along with syp.dashamoola katutrayi kashaya 3ts + 3tsp warm water thrice daily you will be fine.

Avoid antibiotics in early stages take regular steam and salt water gargle twice daily. Avoid cold and sweet stuffs keep yourself warm take only boliled and warm water GET WELL SOON
