I have a bad headache near the centre of my forehead and above my eyes. It has been there for a few hours.

It might be due to migraine,refractory error. Or fever please maintain temperature chart .If there is fever then consult a physician otherwise consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Hello This could be due to sinuses or refractive error I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and and get proper eye examination done
