I would suggest you to start meditation for atleast 15 mins daily, this will help you focus on the important things and remove the tiredness and simultaneously get rid of all the negativity including headache, crankiness and simultaneously the negativity at work and the feeling of depression will be taken care of. Give it two weeks, I promise. Also start exercising atleast for 30mins daily or go for a walk. Getting a hobby will also improve the quality of your life. You do this and I promise you that you will see all the positive results in less than a week. Take care.
