Constant headache
From last 4 days i am having constant headache , i am using spects for last 16 years having power -3.00 dioptre in both the eyes .I have to sit for long hours in front of computer due to my job .
Your headache could be bcoz of long duration of computer use. Use tear substitute would suggest optive eye drops twice daily
Take break after twenty mins for 20 secs to look outside the window to a far distance object , this give a relaxation time to your eye.
