Constant headache and new mole growth

I have had a headache for 3 weeks that has spread to my neck and upper back. I have been to the doctor who tells me it is stress but it will not go away. A CBC revealed a slightly high level of eosinophils. I told him I also had a new irregular mole knowing that slightly high eosinophils could indicate cancer. He told me I was “young and healthy” and I just had stress
