I have been having a constant headache and heavy headed feeling from past many years. But now it is more.

Hello...... there are many types of headache like tension headache, migraine headache, cluster,sinusitis,meningitis, neuralgia etc.... Your could be tension headache present with occipital ache, sleep for 7-8hours (uninterrupted deep sleep) , don't Carry all tension b,worriers to bed , avoid having coffee or tea in excess.. Rest for sometime, close your eyes during each episode.. Consult general physician..
