Constant headache and dizziness
I've been having a headache and dizziness for 2 weeks now. I take paracetamol and ibuprofen when I can which doesn't seem to relieve it. I drink around 3 litres of water everyday and always have done. If affects my daily life and work as I can't concentrate properly as it makes me feel sick.
