I have been experiencing negative thoughts about my Life God through out the day .There will be no control of that negative thoughts in my mind. due to this I feel very down all the day ,not able to concentrate on my studies.
Negative thoughts may be came from dep4,anxiety, over mental stress etc.U have to consult a psychologist online or offline and then learn how to deal worse situations in life and handle stress.
Always stay focused, make ur negetive thoughts to a constructive work.
Watch motivational videos and keep trying seld-motivation.
Repetated Negative thoughts can cause tremendous amount of discomfort. As they uncontrollable they take charge of day to day activities like study and socialization etc. Please do take an appointment with the psychologist and psychiatrist. As per the advice continue the treatment. Suffering is not an option. Ask for help.
