Suffering from frozen shoulder pain badly. it is almost 5 months running.doing exercises and taking medicines but it is not working.pain is unbearable.it is on the right hand side but some times effecting left hand side.feeling muscle cramp and bone pain. want to get relieved.it is paining all time.
