Hello.. Well is the fever you have continuous and not subsiding at all is what we want to know...And since it's been three days it's better you get CBC done...Apart from that I would suggest you to take paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day and also take cetrizine 10 mg twice a day and do salt water gargling...Thank you
