I have been having ear problems with my right ear loss of hearing and a lot of poping noises in it have seen a doctor more than once and have been given an ear spray for the infection still have the problem but now noticed a bit of blood coming from my left ear

As per your description.. you might have chronic otitis media.. need to be evaluated by otoscopy whether it is safe or unsafe.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
