Constant Dizziness

I've been dizzy, light headed and nauseous since Saturday with a slight headache. It came on suddenly and is worse when I look or turn my head left. I've passed out 3 times when trying to walk. I don't have a temperature, my BP is normal, my chest is clear as is my ears. I am struggling to focus my eyes.
