Seems like severe gastritis ( not gas as you might think, but inflammation of the gastrum or stomach). You really enjoyed in the party and now you are paying back !!!. Relax a simple course of proton pump inhibitors and motility drugs can cure you, but it would be unethical on my part to prescribe them here without examining you physically.
Next Steps
We would ask for a X Ray abdomen, USG abdomen, a simple stool test even and if really required an upper GI scopy. An ECG may also be warranted.
Health Tips
Don;t go heavy next time, control yourself, eat simple food now, lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, try to take cold ice cream, it helps and avoid fried food and carbonated drinks and alcohol for now. All the bst . Hope for a quick recovery !!!
