Consistent headache
My daughter keeps complaining about headache most of the time from last one month. Although she is fine and there is no sign of any issues. Generally her body temperature is on higher side and she sweats a lot even from the sole and palm. I have spoken about higher temperature with pediatrician last year but he said it's kind of normal in kids.

First of all do eye check-up of your daughter, because at this age constantly headache occur due to low Vision.
Eat diet which is Rich in vitamin A .
Give her green vegetables,pumpkin ,carrot and nonveg.

Hi as per Ayurved it's due to increased "pitta dosha" in her body .it's better to avoid oily spicy junk food for her. Will share home remedy for her

Have h checked her temperature with thermometer. If not then check at s fixed time n keep a record. Also what are other symptoms that she is having like cold n cough etc. What is the time when she has headache, any particular time. How is her appetite. Does she sleep comfortably. I need details for this
