Consistent fever

Hi my child is suffering from stomach ace for alst 20 days initially we thought it is normal then visited doc he said he is having constipation and gave medicines which help in stool now after a week he is still having same issue and headaches also yesterday he started facing pain during su-su and with mild fever. We visited doc again he suggested tht there is urin infection. Now he going though test but in night there is 103 fever and gave maftalp but fever is revolving around 101. Pls suggest

During fever baby should be very minimally dressed after giving medicines for relief, even if there is mild shivering. But fever is a symptom and not a disease, we need to look for the cause of fever and abdominal pain. If it is urine infection, then antibiotic according to culture needs to be started
