I have a bulging disc in my lower back, lumbosacral transitional vertebrae, and degeneration throughout my back. Pain and weakness down left leg. Excruitiaing pain constantly in which stretching, Chiropractic care, decompression, accupunncture and anti-inflammatories have done nothing for. I workout 5 days per week to keep extra stress off my joints. This has gone on for months with no relief. What are my treatment options? Is surgery a realistic option or too invasive?
