I've been having conjunctivitis for three days now. Swollen eyes, constant tearing, crusting around the edges, redness of eyes.

yes it's acute conjunctivitis. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water .use antibiotics eye drops 2hourly. the medicine can be prescribed  on the prescription pad only  .hence either  approach through  practo direct  or consult  an ophthalmologist.
